How much does it cost to list a website for sale?

Nothing. Listing is always free — you only pay a 1% escrow fee on successful sales of websites and SaaS. There are no packages, tiers, add-ons, or relisting fees.

How does the 1% fee compare to Flippa and other marketplaces?

On a $10,000 website sale, our fee is $100. Flippa charges $49 upfront at that tier plus 10% ($1,000) on success — totalling $1,049, with the upfront portion non-refundable if your listing doesn't close. Flippa's upfront listing fee ranges $29–$1,499 depending on sale price. Acquire.com charges 6–8% plus a $25–$100 monthly listing fee. We charge 1% on success and nothing else.
